This concept extends into the culinary experiences of the hotel. The Zash Restaurant is located in a space where time seems to have stood still—a unique, cozy, and intimate setting. Once a place where wine used to ferment, it now allows guests to slowly and peacefully immerse themselves in the dimensions of flavors, space, and time. Chef Giuseppe Raciti and his team combine creativity with tradition to craft Michelin-starred cuisine.
