Manfred Kofler was born in the village of Tyrol and is a passionate cook. He learned his craft in international restaurants. Back in South Tyrol, traditional and Mediterranean influences in particular shaped his cuisine at Culinaria im Farmerkreuz. In 2017, he earned a Guide Michelin star for it. Now a new adventure begins - quality, creativity and passion remain.
