The hotels’ philosophy, quality over quantity, can be seen in the attention to detail and the passion Liran Wizman, founder of Sircle Collection put into the hotel. Sir is all about delivering the quality and service that every modern traveller expects, while connecting them to the zeitgeist of the neighborhood.
Sir Adam's 108 rooms are more than just a place to sleep. Guests can enjoy the evening in their room with drinks from the minibar and the sounds of the vinyl record. But when it is time to lie down, they can expect a heavenly bed, where one can choose a preferred blanket and pillows from the pillow-menu. You will be treated to culinary delights in the hotel's own restaurant "The Butcher". The four most important B's are served - burger, beer, booze and breakfast. Open from early in the morning until late at night, where later on exceptional cocktail creations are served.
