The idea and motivation of Petra Brunner was to create an extraordinary hotel out of the 600 year old house brunner coming along with a lot of history, with brunners gasthaus and the special location. It was a long, hard journey from the butcher's shop to the present boutique hotel - with a lot of perseverance during 6 renovations, with a lot of love for detail and above all with a lot of commitment. The team at Stadthotel brunner is also proud of the architecture of the hotel as well as the art and artists who are represented at various vernissages in the hotel.

As the hotel manager first became acquainted with the different cuisines of the world, she was finally able to express herself as the 3rd generation in the brunner. For Petra Brunner, as a passionate cook, it was also quickly clear that the kitchen was a priority they started to reconstruct the hotel.
